HGarz Studios ("we," "our," or "us") built Kura ("the App") as an ad-supported app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Kura allows you to create collections and add items with details such as names, brands, years, conditions, values, notes, tags, and custom fields. You may also attach photos using your device's camera or photo library.

All of this data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your collection data or photos.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Kura uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. When you use the App, AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including:

Device identifiers (such as the Identifier for Advertisers, or IDFA)
Diagnostic data (such as crash logs, app performance data)
Approximate location (derived from IP address, no location permission required)
Ad interaction data (such as ad views and clicks)

This data is collected by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Information

Your collection data: Stored exclusively on your device to provide the App's core functionality. We never access, collect, or share this data.
Advertising data: Used by Google AdMob to serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance.

3. App Tracking Transparency

When you first open Kura, we will ask for your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. This tracking is used solely for the purpose of serving personalized ads through Google AdMob.

You may decline this request or change your preference at any time by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

4. Third-Party Services

Kura uses the following third-party service:

We do not use any analytics, crash reporting, or other third-party SDKs beyond AdMob.

5. Data Storage and Security

All collection data and photos are stored locally on your device in the App's sandboxed storage.
Photos are saved with iOS Complete File Protection, meaning they are encrypted when your device is locked.
No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers (except advertising data collected by AdMob as described above).

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all of your data at any time from within the App by going to Settings > Delete My Data. This permanently removes all collections, items, custom fields, and photos from your device. This action cannot be undone.

You may also delete all App data by uninstalling Kura from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Kura is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require account creation and stores all data locally on the device.

8. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect or have access to your personal data:

Access: All your data is visible within the App at all times.
Deletion: You can delete your data through the App's settings or by uninstalling the App.
Portability: You can share individual items or collection statistics using the App's built-in share feature.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
