Kagiru is a personal training tracking tool, designed to log weights, sets, and reps, as well as your progress over time. The app is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Kagiru is not a medical device and is not a substitute for advice from a health professional or certified trainer. The information and features in the app are for informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before starting, changing, or stopping any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition.
Use of Kagiru is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers are not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, or health problems that may arise from using the app or from the training activities you log with it. You are responsible for training safely and within your abilities.
The data you generate in the app (routines, sessions, records, XP, badges) belongs to you and is stored exclusively on your device. The developers have no access to it. See the Privacy Policy for more information:
The XP, levels, streaks, training-day, and badge system is purely motivational. It has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, or services.
Kagiru, including its name, design, code, graphics, and content, is the property of its developers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works of the app without prior written authorization.
We strive to keep the app functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without notice.
Kagiru is supported by ads shown through Google AdMob. Ads are provided by Google and its partners; we do not control their content and do not endorse the products or services advertised. Any interaction with an ad is between you and the advertiser. Data processing related to advertising is described in the Privacy Policy.
Kagiru uses Google AdMob to show ads and may optionally integrate with Apple Health (HealthKit). Use of those services is additionally subject to Google's and Apple's terms and policies, respectively.
These terms may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the developer's place of residence, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer under the law of your jurisdiction.
